Rules

Base rate is for up to 4 people. Additional people $3 each, 1 RV and 1 Vehicle per site. Tax will be added to the booking Rates 

( All guests must have a running vehicle on site.)

All RVs and vehicles must be in good operating condition and in good appearance.

( Good appearance is at managements discretion and judgment.)

All RVs are subject to management approval.

No Monthly stays in sights without full hook-ups.

( No more than two weeks in sights that are not full hook-ups.)\

Pets

Do not allow pets to relieve themselves in general park areas or shared lawn. No one wishes to track your pets waste into their RV, and children do not always have shoes on. BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHERS AND TAKE YOUR PET TO THE DESIGNATED PET AREA, AND CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET.

 A $20 ((Per pet) fee will be charged to owners of pets who have not been cleaned-up after. If the Pets are not cleaned-up after a second time, the guest will be asked immediately Vacate the Park.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, damage or personal injury.

We reserve the right to respectfully refuse service to  anyone.
